Welcome to Rehan School Foundation Level.
Rehan School is an experimental AI-first educational system designed to explore, develop, refine, and improve methods of educating students for the post-AI era.
Our mission is to use Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet, Social Media, Mobile Devices, Computing Power, Real-world Communication, Project-based Learning, and Self-learning Systems to maximize the confidence, communication ability, leadership, creativity, adaptability, future readiness, and earning potential of students.
By enrolling a child into the Rehan School Foundation Level, the Parent/Guardian automatically agrees to and accepts all terms listed in this agreement.
The Parent/Guardian understands and accepts that Rehan School is an experimental and evolving educational system. Unlike traditional schools, Rehan School continuously experiments with curriculum, teaching methods, AI tools, digital systems, communication systems, assignments, schedules, evaluation methods, operational structures, and educational philosophies.
The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that many systems may change frequently, some experiments may succeed, some experiments may fail, and the school may rapidly adapt and modify its systems at any time. Rehan School reserves the right to make operational, educational, technological, or structural changes without prior notice whenever deemed necessary.
The Foundation Level currently requires approximately one (1) hour of participation per day. The program may include online learning, physical classes, AI-based learning, video-based learning, internet research, communication exercises, social media exposure, digital assignments, self-learning tasks, and parent participation.
The Parent/Guardian understands that the Foundation Level is designed primarily as an introduction and exposure to the Rehan School system.
Rehan School strongly advises all parents NOT to discontinue their child's existing traditional schooling system while enrolled in Foundation Level. Foundation Level is intended to work alongside the student's current school system.
If the Parent/Guardian independently decides to remove the child from another school, discontinue traditional schooling, homeschool the child, or make any educational change based on their own decision, then Rehan School and its representatives shall NOT be held responsible for any academic, career, emotional, financial, or educational consequences arising from such decisions.
The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that Rehan School may not be suitable for every student. Some students may struggle with the learning style or self-learning requirements. The school requires adaptability, consistency, participation, and openness to change.
The Parent/Guardian accepts that dissatisfaction arising solely from the experimental nature of the system shall not be considered fraud, negligence, or misrepresentation.
Completion of the Rehan School Foundation Level DOES NOT guarantee admission into Rehan School ACCL LEVEL 1. Foundation Level is only a pre-requirement and introductory exposure program.
Admission into Rehan School ACCL LEVEL 1 is highly selective and is decided solely at the discretion of the Rehan School Admission Board, based on factors including student skill level, communication ability, consistency, learning attitude, discipline, curiosity, parent involvement, adaptability, and alignment with Rehan School goals.
Rehan School reserves the absolute right to accept, reject, delay, defer, or refuse admission to any student for any reason deemed appropriate by the Admission Board.
The Parent/Guardian understands that Rehan School believes student transformation requires family participation. For ACCL LEVEL 1 consideration, Rehan School may require that the student completes Foundation Level, and both parents complete the Foundation Level Book or equivalent tasks assigned by Rehan School.
Students who are not admitted into ACCL LEVEL 1, or who choose not to apply, may continue learning through ACCL LEVEL 1, ACCL LEVEL 2, Level 3, and Level 4. These programs are designed to work alongside traditional schooling systems for approximately one hour per day.
The Parent/Guardian understands and accepts that the student may use AI tools, online platforms, internet resources, social media platforms, mobile applications, video platforms, communication systems, and third-party software as part of the educational process. Parents are strongly encouraged to supervise students independently.
The Parent/Guardian understands and accepts that students may appear in photographs, videos, podcasts, online sessions, social media posts, educational materials, marketing materials, documentaries, and public communication content created by Rehan School. Unless explicitly requested in writing, Rehan School may use such content for educational, promotional, training, operational, and communication purposes.
Rehan School offers a two (2) month evaluation and refund period. If, for any reason, the Parent/Guardian decides within the first two (2) months from the date of enrollment that they do not wish to continue with the Foundation Level program, they may cancel the admission and receive a full refund of fees paid.
After the completion of two (2) months from the enrollment date, no refund shall be applicable, and the Parent/Guardian voluntarily waives any refund claim thereafter.
The Parent/Guardian agrees that Rehan School, its founders, management, staff, teachers, interns, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for educational outcomes, income outcomes, emotional adaptation issues, internet-related exposure, technology-related issues, student performance variations, dissatisfaction arising from experimental methodologies, non-selection into ACCL LEVEL 1, or decisions independently made by the family.
By enrolling a child into Rehan School Foundation Level, the Parent/Guardian automatically confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement voluntarily.
No physical or digital signature shall be required. Enrollment, participation, attendance, payment, or continued use of Rehan School programs shall constitute acceptance of this agreement.
The latest version of this agreement shall remain publicly available at rehanschool.com/accl/agreement. Rehan School reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Continued participation after updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised agreement.
